It's what fun is!
We went to Lagoon last Saturday for John's work party. We had so much fun. I haven't been there for awhile. In one section of the park is all of the kiddie rides, about 8 or 9. It was awesome. We stayed in the little kid section all day, except for when the power went out for an hour and a half. It was okay since we just went back to the lunch area and mingled with John's co-workers and my parents and cousins.
John is riding the Green Caterpillar with Will and Emmie. John and Emmie are in the third seat from the back and Will is sitting right in front of them. This was Will's favorite ride.

Will and Emmie hanging out at the golf "court". It was hilarious to watch Will and Emmie play miniature golf. They just played with their hands. Will had a blast to watch the ball go down the pipes. Will two favorite things are balls and pipes.
Here is Emmie being a ham. Her and Will are riding the helicopter. Emmie was barley tall enough to ride the kiddie rides.
Sorry the picture is sideways. Anyways, you get the point. John is showing Emmie the correct way to play golf. They were not interested in doing it the right way. Oh well, they were loving it.

Grandma Helen
Grandma Helen (my mom's mom), has not been doing very well these past few months. Every time we think that she might pass away she pulls through. Grandma Helen has many wonderful qualities that anyone would envy. She has a quite ability to endure to the end. Here she is with some of her great-grand kids. On the left side is the girls, Hannah, Emmie and Addie, Grandma is holding Jason, on the right side Cole is holding Justin and then there is Will. We love you Grandma.

Body Shapes!
This picture is totally awesome. I love it. This picture was taken at Huntington Beach on our trip. My mom and Jason are just beautiful, however I would like to draw your attention to the two boys in the background (they are beautiful too). The little guy is Will and the big guy is my Dad, I just love how the body shapes are very similar. They are both standing the same and have the same square shoulders. Awesome!

Kjell
I am so glad that I got to spend sometime with my little brother on our vacation. Kjell is a great person. The qualities that he has are awesome, especially in our family. Kjell does not judge another person just by the way they look, or at least he doesn't make comments about them - unlike me. And he just lets things go, he doesn't moll things over and over and over. He knows how to relax and destress himself. Very important qualities.
For those who don't know him here he is... he is quite the HUNK!

vacation update
Let's see - Sunday we went down to Balboa Peninsula to the beach. Grandpa informed us that on Sunday parking was free and to our amazement at the end of the day we had a $47 ticket on the window. That was the most expensive thing that we have done so far.
On Monday we did something, I can't remember. In the morning I took the kids to Little Corona while Jason was sleeping. I can't recall because we didn't do anything until 5:00 that night and then we decided to get up off our tuffs and go to Balboa Island to buy t-shirts and all the shops were closed so we went to Fashion Island. FI is a big outdoor mall. The kids went nuts for the Carousel and the water fountains everywhere.
Tuesday we went to Crystal Cove State Beach. We didn't swim because it was really cold, but we walked along the beach and found alot of sea life. Emmie got the hebegebies from a sand crab.
Emmie was a crab herself, she was so tired. Grandpa had to carry her and then he was a crab after that. Jason was in the baby pack or I would have. When we got back to the car Grandpa was sweating and complaining how hard it was to carry a sweet little girl. Thanks Grandpa. Kjell had to give Will a piggy back ride. Kjell didn't complain. Thanks Kjell. When we got back to the hotel Emmie had a really good nap. When she woke up Me, Grandma, Will, and Emmie went back to the t-shirt shop. Jason had a nap with Grandpa, Kjell, Jake, and Mike. Sleepy heads - they are asleep now. Then I took the kids swimming at the hotel and Grandma talk her ear off. She met a lady that she had nothing in common with and they both talked none stop. It was great. Grandma feed and held Jason and still got to do what she does best and had fun. After that the kids went to bed early and Grandpa and Grandma went on a date to Ruby's Dinner.
On Wednesday we went to Huntington Beach and stayed all day. Kjell and his friends tried to surf. They tried - they caught about three waves. Grandpa digged a bid hole (taller than him) that the kids climbed in and out a million times. They had sand everywhere - even where the sun doesn't shine. They got sunburned. I didn't get sunscreen on them very good. I learned by lesson.
Today is Thursday. I don't know what we are going to do. Grandpa could watch TV all day and Kjell and Mike could sleep all day. My mom was glad that I cam so that I would make them do something. I am just a ball of fun!

Elevator and Darth Vader rhyme
Hey Babe,
Here we are in the villa using Jake's computer just waiting for Grandma to put on her makeup so that we can go to Balboa Pier. What a day of fun that we have planned; the kids are going to be exhausted. That is good! They slept really good, they even slept in.
When we got in the elevator this morning Will said, "Hey Mom, elevator and Darth Vader rhyme." We went on a walk to see the play ground and the golf "court" (as Will would say). It was really nice Grandma Sing watched Jason when he was having his morning nap, while the kids and I explored the villas.
Thanks for letting me bring the kids while you go to scout camp. We wish your were here and if your good we will bring you a surprise back. We love you. Sorry no pictures. I didn't bring the cable for the camera.
Emmie has been flirting with Kjell. She'll hid behind the corner and pock her head out and call his name. All the kids have been really good - even Grandpa Scott.
We love you!
