Happy 5th birthday Will!

Will turned five yesterday. On Saturday we went swimming and ate pizza with my side of the family. On Sunday, his real birthday, we had birthday cake and ice cream with John's side of the family. We love birthdays. I'll post some pictures later.

Will is great. He is growing up so fast. Kindergarten will be wonderful for him. Lately Will has been just so awesome. He has been such a great helper for Jason. Jason just loves him.

Will's personality is kind of hard to describe. Sometimes he is so shy. Like yesterday in church he was so embarrassed to stand in front of the primary for them to sign to him for his birthday. But, then when ever he has to talk in the microphone in primary either saying a talk or saying a pray he totally blows me away at how great he does. He gets so embarrassed when John and I try to play pretend with him. When we get ready to leave somewhere John will say "To the bat van, kids," and he gets so mad. But he'll play house with his cousins and army with the neighbor kids. I can't figure it out.

Of course. I think that Will is so smart. He is smart because he makes very good observations about thing and learns from it. He can pick out very easy why things are different or the same. He can remember things that happened when he was only two. He uses big words and explains him self very well. The other day he was telling me a story and in his story he said - "And then I realized...". One time Emmie was running around naked and he told her that she was being "inappropriate ."

I love Will. I am so glad that he is the big brother in our family, I need him.

Snow globe!

On Monday it was snowing and the wind was going crazy, Will looked outside and said, "It looks like a snow globe outside." It was really cute. You have to know Will, he makes up the best descriptions for things when he doesn't know what things are called. He is really creative that way and he has a good vocabulary.

Conversation to self

Here is a conversation Will had with himself while going #2...

"Number 1 is pee, number 2 is poo, number 3 is ... is... fart, number 4 is throw-up, number 5 is...is...diarrhea. MOM, I need your help!"

riding bikes

Will is amazing, he can ride his bike without trainning wheels. We are so proud of him.

"I'm so proud of dad!"

John brought home some blue prints from work the other day and left them on the counter. Will saw them and said, "Oh Mom, I'm so proud of Dad. He's the boss of the plans." He was sincerely so happy that John brought them home. John and Will looked over the plans and Will asked a million questions. Will is an awesome kid.

Body Shapes!

This picture is totally awesome. I love it. This picture was taken at Huntington Beach on our trip. My mom and Jason are just beautiful, however I would like to draw your attention to the two boys in the background (they are beautiful too). The little guy is Will and the big guy is my Dad, I just love how the body shapes are very similar. They are both standing the same and have the same square shoulders. Awesome!

Will is doing well...

Will is doing well, we are now home. We got home on Monday afternoon. Will is on an antibiotic for the strep and he is also taking a few other medications. He needs breathing treatments every four to six hours as needed to control any asthma flare ups he might have. He is doing good. He just wants to play and feel good.

John had been super dad. He spent both nights at the hospital with Will. John has got up in the night to do his breathing treatments and when he has been home he has done all of the meds. I love you John. You are wonderful.

Emmie missed him, but they are quickly back to teasing each other.
